Both, the focus on the worldly surroundings at a certain time as well as the strong limit of five - seven - five syllables has become less important over the last 15 years internationally, especially in Europe and the Americas.

A haiku is the ultimate focus on a whole vision of the world, pronouncing the 'just - receive' position and as such, a wonderful gift of calmness, insight, wisdom to give. I hope to have captured some moments nicely and given them a background to highlight, deepen, contrast the feeling of the poem.
